2. Two different roles, and it matters
- As controller, when we handle data from website visitors and from people who create an account: name, email, phone, organization and the messages sent to us.
- As processor, when your organization uses the platform and records data about third parties — officials, athletes, students and guardians. That data belongs to your organization, which decides what to collect and why. We only process it as contracted.
3. What we collect
From website visitors
- Form data: name, email, WhatsApp, organization, type of organization, module of interest and message.
- Technical record of the submission: date, time and IP address, used against spam and fraud.
From platform users
- Account and sign-in data (email, encrypted password, date and time of access).
- Usage records, for security and auditing.
Data your organization enters
Records of officials, athletes, students and guardians, including attendance, documents and financial information. This data remains under the responsibility of the organization that recorded it.
4. Children and teenagers
Sports schools register underage students. In those cases:
- processing must always serve the best interest of the child or teenager;
- the organization must obtain specific consent from the legal guardian and keep that record;
- the platform provides consent fields with date and time and limits collection to what the sport requires;
- we never use this data for advertising.
5. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

6. Cookies and measurement
This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. We store only your language choice in your browser, so the page opens in the right language next time. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
If we start using audience measurement tools, this section will be updated and you will be told beforehand.
7. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with those needed to run the service:
- hosting and email providers;
- accounting and payment providers, when there is billing;
- authorities, when required by law or court order.
Our servers are in Brazil. If a supplier processes data outside the country, we require safeguards compatible with the LGPD.
8. How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Account and service data: for the duration of the contract and 30 days after it ends, so you can export it.
- Tax and audit records: for the period required by law.
9. Your rights
At any time you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent.
Write to contato@lprgame.com.br. We answer within 15 days. If the request concerns data recorded by a client organization (a student, for example), we forward it to that organization and let you know.
10. How we protect it
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the website and the platform.
- Passwords stored with one-way encryption — nobody, including us, can read your password.
- Access control by profile and two-factor authentication available.
- Audit logs and routine backups.
- In case of an incident with relevant risk, we notify the people affected and the Brazilian data protection authority, as the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
When we update this document we change the date at the top and, if the change is relevant, we notify you by email or inside the platform.
